4/29/2024 0 Comments Attack on titan vr fan game![]() Well, haven’t you heard how some people upgrade their old hardware (I am talking mostly about PCs in general and graphic cards in particular) to something insane before the release of some overhyped games (f.e. They will need to release something really exeptional to gain my trust again and, based on their attitude towards the game and players who wait for it – they won’t be able to do that. Personally I don’t believe in this game and studio anymore. But making a tweet about that they need “a little more time” (ANOTHER HALF A YEAR AT LEAST) without any other useful information…. Or if they announced a separate more advanced Q3 version in development at least. I would understand if they showed some REAL gameplay and it looked promising. Their games are something between mediocre and good at best (depending if you are an anime fan in general and fan of a particular series), so I was never expecting a masterpiece from them – even nothing like Omega Force’s AoT games level, – just a good game. And after that pathetic ending of the AoT series that I was following for the last 10 years… I though “at least AoT Unbreakable will release in December/January, maybe Feburary in the worst-case scenario and all of it will finally worth it”.Īnd now, after one huge delay from “Summer 2023” they delayed it AGAIN? And to “late 2024” too? NOW is the moment to release the game! Anime adaptation just ended, everyone is still talking about it, it’s the best time to release something AoT related! Plus today I got the message than my chargeback request was denied as well. It’s the reason why I clenched my teeth and bougth a Q3 with 200$ overpayment when my first Q3 was stolen and Amazon never gave me a refund or at least any assistance with trying to resolve the issue. That’s literally the most anticipated game by me. It’s possible much of the action seen here could translate directly to gameplay, save a bunch of the smooth lighting effects. Still, much of the rope-swinging action seen in the video, courtesy of the franchise’s iconic omni-directional mobility gear, is undoubtedly doable from a VR locomotion standpoint considering we’ve seen the same movement scheme across a number of VR games, such as Windlands, Yupitergrad, and Jet Island to name a few. Original Article (June 1st, 2023): The studio showed off a pretty slick trailer which includes pre-rendered animations, but no actual gameplay. ![]() The original article detailing the first delay follows below: We are striving to make Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable more exciting for all of you who are waiting for it, and we appreciate your continued patience.” All of us at UNIVRS will continue to work hard to bring you a VR title that you will enjoy even more. To deliver the highest quality product to players around the world, we need a little more time to complete it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who have been looking forward to the game as well as to everyone involved. “We have decided to postpone the release date of Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable once again. Here’s the full statement from UNIVRS CEO Keigo Fujikawa: Update (November 28th, 2023): First slated to arrive on Quest in Summer 2023, it seems Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable is delayed again, moving from its revised Winter 2023 launch date now to what UNIVRS says will be the “latter half of 2024.” The game is targeting Quest 2, 3 and Pro. ![]() Now the studio says it’s delaying release on Quest again, now targeting launch sometime in the second half of 2024. ![]() Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable was announced by Japan-based studio UNIVRS late last year, promising to bring the anime’s high-flying action to VR for the first time.
